Fill out the form below to submit your noted defect.

For service/warranty items, i.e., appliances, garage doors, and air conditioning, please get in touch with the supplier directly. Contact information can be found in the Owner's Manual (Page 22).

For Common Property defects, i.e., items located outside of your property's boundary, please communicate these directly to the community manager.

Items submitted within the first three months of living in your new home will be reviewed and actioned in accordance with the three-month defect liability period as per your contract of sale. Items submitted after will be reviewed and endeavoured to be closed out as soon as possible following the standard QBCC 12-month non-structural defect period. Please note that you will not be contacted regarding non-urgent defects until the three-month or 12-month period has been reached. At such time, a member of the team will reach out to organise a suitable time for an inspection/rectification.

Please note that non-urgent items logged after your three-month defect liability period will be added to your 12-month list. Outside of the 12-month QBCC non-structural warranty period, defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will need to be submitted to Mirvac directly via email ([email protected]). It is recommended that all non-structural defects be noted within the first 12 months.

If a defect is urgent or becomes urgent, requiring immediate attention, please don't hesitate to submit/resubmit it as an 'urgent' item via the portal. The site team endeavour to review urgent items as a matter of priority and will be in touch as a priority to schedule an inspection/rectification.

Please note that scratches, chips, dents, stains, or marks on any surface covering or item will not be rectified unless they are identified at the pre-settlement inspection. Such items identified after the PreSettlement Inspection and settlement are not covered under the Defect Warranty.
