First 7 Day Checklist (Terrace Homes)

Review and action the items noted in the First 7 Day Checklist provided at your Pre-Settlement Inspection.

Review Owner's Manual

The owner's manual provides valuable information about your new home. It is a guide to moving in, establishing your service accounts, and caring for your home. The owner's manual also includes essential items such as manufacturers' instructions, operating manuals, and warranties for your home.

Ashford Club Access

As a part of your key handover, you would have received two (2) access fobs to the Ashford Club. Hold the fobs over the reader at the entrance door to enter the club and the gym. The fobs will only work during the club's opening hours – 5 am – 10 pm.

Please contact the community manager for all fob related enquires, i.e., damaged, lost, or for additional fobs.
