Mirvac is pleased to share this construction update for October at the Ashford Residences.

Considering the challenging construction market, we are excited to share we have seen some exciting progress on Stages 2 and 3 of the terrace homes over the recent weeks. We have seen a number of buildings roofed, painted and the commencement of the landscaping.

Stage 2 settlements are anticipated to commence from March 2023, and Stage 3 settlements will commence from mid-2023. We continue to work with Brighton Homes to navigate market conditions and the anticapted wet season as we approach the Christmas period. If this affects the forecasted settlement timeframe of your home, we will let you know.

We look forward to welcoming your neighbours to the Ashford Residences Community.

Construction of the Ashford Club has progressed well, and we look forward to sharing this space with you shortly.

Over the recent weeks, the club has taken shape, and each area is now well-defined. More recently, we have seen the internal finishing trades hard at work, with painting, flooring, and cabinetry installed throughout. Please see below the most recent construction video of the Ashford Club.

The club is on track for completion at the end of the year, and we can’t wait to welcome you to your resort-style oasis.
